Heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical. I check not just if they work, but whether they’re installed correctly and safely.
Exterior & Envelope
Roofing, siding, windows, doors, drainage, and grading. The first line of defense against New England’s climate.
Interior Conditions
Floors, walls, ceilings, stairs, windows, and doors — looking for signs of settlement, moisture, deferred maintenance, and overall condition.
Attic & Crawlspace
Insulation, ventilation, moisture, and structural connections — areas many inspectors rush through. I don’t.
Detailed Written Report
Clear, photographed, prioritized. You’ll know what’s a deal-breaker, what needs attention, and what to monitor. Delivered same day.
